3 Bedroom, One Bath Waterfront Home On Nelson Bay (Core Sound)
This sound-front home is perfect for the family who enjoys water activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing while enjoying the spectacular waterfront view. The sound is shallow and kid-friendly and an ideal site for learning to swim and frolic in the water. For a couple, it's ideal for a peaceful, private get-away.
Private sandy beach, shallow water dock suitable for smaller boat, excellent fishing and crabbing right off the dock. Crab pots provided no license needed in NC for a crab pot tied to your private dock.
There is a nearby boat launch. Unspoiled beaches can be reached by a boat ride across Core Sound or by car on Cedar Island, 8 miles away. Ferry's are available in Atlantic or Cedar Island for day trips to local beaches as well as Okracoke Island (a fun day trip-take bikes).
Outstanding cuisine can be enjoyed 30 miles away in historic Beaufort.

This is the second time our family has stayed and you simply can't beat the views! The private beach and dock are was truly make this place special.

This is a great venue for a family to enjoy a beach-like atmosphere without the crowd. Swimming, fishing, crabbing and seashell hunting are all included. That it is pet-friendly is a real plus! Highly recommend!
