This spacious tri-level townhouse offers all the comforts of home with a touch of island luxury. The second-floor main living area features an open-concept design, bringing together the living room, dining area, and kitchen in a welcoming space where everyone can gather.

One of the home's standout features is the glass-enclosed extension of the living room. Natural light pours through the windows, creating a bright and relaxing space to enjoy the view. Gather for a movie or the big game, stretch out on the comfortable furnishings, or simply enjoy a little downtime after a day of Florida Keys adventures. A full-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations.

The dining table seats six, while the spacious kitchen features beautiful finishes and top-of-the-line appliances, making everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner a pleasure.

On the third floor, the primary suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a glass-enclosed sitting area with beautiful marina views and a desk. A walk-in closet and spacious ensuite bath with a spa tub, glass-enclosed shower, and dual vanities add to the comfort of this inviting retreat.

A second upstairs guest suite features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private full bathroom.

Back on the second floor, a third guest bedroom offers a trundle bed that converts into two single beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a full bathroom.

Mariners Club features a 43-slip deep-water marina with direct ocean access, providing a great home base for boating, fishing, diving, and snorkeling in the Florida Keys. The marina accommodates jet skis, boats, and yachts up to 60 feet, with water and electric service at the slips.
