Our stay was wonderful as always. Our dog and toddler loved the fenced-in yard, and the grill worked beautifully for July 4th BBQ. The kitchen is well-stocked with every appliance you could need, and the host even left us a variety of flavored water to combat the heat. The air conditioner was able to keep the home cool during the heatwave, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We loved our 4 night stay at little Vernon. Host Laurel was very friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need and more. Laurel had helpful notes around the house that answered any questions that might come up. The keypad entry was much nicer than having to carry around a physical key. It's an excellent location in a sweet neighborhood where we enjoyed many walks while also being in a convenient distance to stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting in the beautiful backyard. We were visiting family but wish we had more time to enjoy this comfortable home. We hope to visit again and would definitely return to this property. 10 out of 10.

This little house is adorable and quaint. I love the added extra touches especially the Steampunk Speaker. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. When walking around you can admire all the beautiful front porches and flowers. I enjoyed sitting outside in the cool air each morning watching the squirrels and birds kicking off their day. It is a nice walk downtown where you will find some great spots for food, beer, and friendly people. I came for Mumford and Sons which was held at the Maine Savings Amphitheater.Laurel was a lovely host and readily available as needed. She has everything you can think of to make your stay go off without a hitch. I had a terrible travel day trying to get there from FL. However, when I was finally able to arrive, she had oatmeal, tea, and bottled water waiting in the kitchen. She also had the lights in the front on. I will be watching for more concerts, because I feel in love with this place. I would highly recommend and hope to be back to escape this FL heat.
