Immaculately presented with recent refurbishments and contemporary style, this charming riverside home is meters from the Barwon Rivers edge, boat ramp and Ocean Grove Golf Course, and within an enjoyable stroll of The Terrace shopping and dining precinct, the Bowling club and Main Beach. Its prime position means you can leave your car behind and enjoy this wonderful coastal town.
The solid brick home is set at the rear of the allotment with a convenient double carport for parking.
The kitchen boasts functional bench space, gas cook top, and has everything you need for family catering. Direct access to the outdoor entertaining encourages regular use of this private family space.
The L-shaped backyard faces north and is surprisingly stylish and spacious. Thoughtful design includes a BBQ and outdoor dining table for those sundrenched evenings, and a protected paved area for relaxation.
The spotless fresh white bathroom boasts shower, contemporary semi-recessed vanity and convenient laundry facilities including washer and dryer.

The property is well located and comfortable. Some extras would have been welcome, e.g. a coffee machine and sponges to clean around the kitchen.
However, what is absolutely deplorable is that parts of the unit are very dirty, like the microwave. The grill is shockingly filthy. Never seen anything like this.
