The location of this home on the private Chevron Island is walking distance to one of the trendy parts of the Gold Coast. Is one of the best. Located just 2mins walk to Chevron Island main dining and shopping strip giving you options galore. Just across the river is the famous HOTA parkland which is brilliant for kids to swim in the man made lake and hosts the Gold Coast Farmers Market every Sunday morning which is a kids and foodie haven for fresh street food of every kind! The rest of the Gold Coast is an easy drive within 4 mins you will be on the beach, 5 mins to Broadbeach, Sea World and other Theme Parks just 20mins drive.
