Location is awesome! The house is older, needs a little TLC but is still very nice and to be right on the beach was worth it. Big yard and firepit were great. The management company was very easy to deal with and came to the house to take care of a few things we had problems with.

Great experience all around - fantastic property with plenty of room for our large family group, great features and amenities, and a perfect location.

Great space for a large extended family! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen space with adjoining family room. Pool was clean and the walk to the beach was just down the property path The big complaint was that the floors were very dirty and so were the outside porches! I should have called to complain. Also, 2 broken handles to doors which made it annoying. I wouldn’t go back since the house should have been clean.
