It was the first time I have experienced self Check-in. I stayed here last year. I got exactly the same room. The showers were good and also the coffee was good.
The self Check-in was supposed to print detailed instructions etc. We could only get 1 key for the rooms. I contacted the help online because my sister was staying in another room and she has learning difficulties and therfore she forgets her room key. We needed to help her. Your online help said they would fix it but they did'nt! There was also a lack of good pillows. The ones provided were tiny. We had also requested 2 single beds in the 2 rooms. The large one had a double bed....this was very inconvenient.

Very clean, modern, all amenities, AC was great, WiFi worked great!
Location was the biggest bummer. Further from Old Town than expected.

it was clean and the bed was comfy
There was no fridge in the room. Which was a bit disappointing since I could keep my probiotics cold.
