The 60-square-meter house features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking; a living room with a sofa bed, table, and TV; a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed upon request and for a small additional fee; a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite full bathroom; and a second full bathroom.
The apartment features a heating and cooling system in every room
We provide our guests with high-quality linens, towels, and bath amenities. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful Umbertine-style building. As you can see from the photos, the building features a very charming inner courtyard. From street level, you can easily reach the apartment via an elevator that eliminates any architectural barriers, making it accessible even for guests with mobility challenges. However, we believe that a standard wheelchair may not fit through the doorways. From the beautiful tree-lined avenue where the apartment is located, guests can access the property quickly and easily. Simply use the intercom located to the left of the large entrance door, and you’ll be granted access to the courtyard to take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Our home is located in the heart of the Monti district, a very beautiful neighborhood in Rome where the countless bars and clubs that enliven the nightlife take center stage. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you can explore it at any time of day or night without any particular concerns.
