As soon as you enter this elegantly appointed three-bedroom, you’ll be welcomed by stunning Gulf views through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders. The living room is light, bright, and open, decorated with comfortable furnishings anchored around a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. There is plenty of seating for everyone, making it easy to gather and entertain.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find tons of white cabinetry, Corian countertops, and white appliances, plus a huge breakfast bar with seating for four. There’s also an accompanying wet bar with a sink, ice maker, and open glass shelving, the perfect spot to set out post-beach snacks and drinks. When it’s time to dine, the Gulfview dining table seats six.
With three spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home easily sleeps up to 10 guests. When you need some time to yourself, retreat to one of three spacious bedrooms, each with hotel-style linens, a flatscreen TV, and its own full bathroom.
Out on the private Gulf-front balcony, relax in the sunshine on a chaise lounge, enjoy outdoor meals at the dining table for six, and soak in picturesque Gulf views with emerald waters as far as the eye can see. With endless amenities at Phoenix West and your own private slice of paradise, life is better at the beach.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The condo was perfect. Absolutely clean, great decor and amazing view. The whole facility was cleaned often and smelled great. Even with all of the wet and sandy foot traffic from those that don’t dry and clean off before entering back into the building.
We will definitely rent this condo again!

Our family of 4 just spent 6 nights in this condo. It is an absolutely beautiful condo; decorated appropriate for beach living. I must say, I thought out mattresses at home were top notch, but the condo's mattresses were HEAVEN. The owners have supplied EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We didn't want to leave yesterday. Beautiful unit!!
