Wonderful property in a perfect location. Very close to The Island and many Pigeon Forge attractions. Very clean. Beautiful views

Cleaning for the property should’ve been a little better opened up the height of bed for our granddaughter, and there was dog for everywhere. Inside of it took us about 40 minutes to get into the cabin because the door code they gave us did not work they had to give us a different code to get in. There also was no linens left for the height of bed took them to the next day to get them to us the cabins had great views and was a great location.

Beautiful place. Smoke detector went off for 21 hours. Techs were very nice when they finally came. Had zero sleep and a headache from it. Requested a 1 night refund. Was told they will not make any evaluation of refund until after checkout. I still have not heard anything.
