A cozy and independent apartment, located in a small residence in a strategic position to experience Lake Como between nature, lake and city.
From the house you can easily walk to the Bay of Parè and the suggestive lakefront of Malgrate, with its wonderful view of Lecco. The location is also ideal for exploring some of the most fascinating places on Lake Como, including Lecco, Como and Bellagio, or for reaching Valsassina.
The apartment, located on the first floor with independent entrance, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is an ideal solution for couples, families, small groups and professionals traveling for work.
The spaces
The house consists of: living room with open kitchen and dining area; double bedroom; bathroom with shower; comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The rooms have been organized to offer everything you need even for stays of several days. At guests' disposal are Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils for cooking and dining, as well as a sofa bed, dining table, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
For those arriving by car, free parking spaces are available outside the residence.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
