This apartment is charming, and offers the added bonus of a porch for watching the world go buy. The area is largely residential, with beautiful tree lined streets. It is close to a grocery store, to the 12 South area, and Hillsboro Village. All within easy walking distance. Hard to leave.

Accommodations were very convenient for an event we attended at the Fisher Performance Center. Very comfortable and easy walk to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean place the bed was amazing one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on the place was conveniently located walkable distance to Belmont University, which is what we needed. Parking was never an issue overall it was a great day. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place.
