The heated saltwater pool is surrounded by decking and mature landscaping that creates a private setting for swimming, sunbathing and spending the day together.
Multiple outdoor areas give the group room to spread out rather than crowd around a single deck. Have morning coffee outside, spend the afternoon at the pool, grill dinner and finish the evening on the rooftop deck.
## 500 FEET FROM THE ATLANTIC
The beach is approximately **500 feet from the house**, making it easy to move between the ocean and Casablanca throughout the day.
Grab a beach chair and go to the beach for the morning, come back for lunch and the pool, then return to the ocean without turning it into an expedition.
Casablanca is a short walk from Fire Island Pines ferry dock and the center of the Pines while remaining far enough away to provide privacy at home.

The house is a dream on Fire Island Pines! We were allowed an early check-in and the walk from the ferry is only about 10 minutes. The house was extremely clean, stocked with supplies, and plenty of bedrooms that were perfect for our friend bday trip. There are so many communal seating areas from the dining, to the living room, and lots of fun outdoor spots (roof deck, poolside, etc.). The pool was clean and the full sunny days made it an ideal spot for socializing and dancing. The host was super communicative throughout our stay and we would absolutely stay again. 10/10

This place was great. The accommodating host made us feel welcome and made our check in a breeze. The pool was warm and clean and tall bamboo made it feel incredibly private even when the island was popping! Good water pressure and hot water, even for 14. The AC kept up with the heat. There were good amenities to use at the house for the beach as well.
It was an easy walk to the beach, ten minutes to the ferry, and close (but not too close) to some fun parties.
The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and grilling was very fun. My favorite treat was the outdoor shower!
