The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed sleeping up to 2 guests (more comfortable for 1, or 2 children) that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
