Location, location, the location is steps away from the entrance of Tigertail beach and also not far from shops and restaurants. Live entertainment on Thursdays at The Esplanade is a must-go with a great outdoor area and plenty of seating to listen to music. This open-concept home has comfortable seating in the living room with a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is open to the living room and a breakfast bar that seats 4 comfortably. The dining room table seats six. The Master bedroom has a King in the master and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower and dual sinks. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twins. The twin bedroom has lovely views of the converging waterways. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Step outside on the patio and you have a covered dining area overlooking the pool and waterway. The pool area has plenty of room for relaxing poolside.

My family enjoyed our week at this excellent house! It’s very well equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, pool floats, and beach gear. My kids didn’t love Tiger Tail Beach, so we drove to the public beach access for the main Marco beach. It’s only a five minute drive with little to no traffic. Two grocery stores, lost of restaurants, and shopping are nearby.

This property was better than expected with beautiful sunsets and easy access to Tigertail Beach. The heated pool was so wonderful. We had no issues with anything our entire stay.

This was a nice property. The pool was great. The beds were very comfortable and they had all the amenities we needed. It was super nice they provided beach chairs and beach towels. It was fun to watch the birds from the back porch. We never saw any dolphins or manatees but enjoyed watching the boats pass by. It was very close to Tigertail Beach, but the beach was a very long haul so we opted to drive down to South Beach and really enjoyed it. The decor in the house was a bit odd as nothing really matched, so that could use some TLC, but other than that I would stay there again!

Property was nice, but amenities listed line beach chairs and rafts and blow dryers were broken and we had to ask for new ones which were provided (took two attempts to get a functioning blow dryer ) but between guests that should be checked and replaced/repaired. For a 1 week stay they leave 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper and 3 dishwasher pods. The explanation was that they get stollen. However when setting up for the next guest length of stay should be factored in. To have to buy a box of garbage bags, pack of toilet paper and package of detergent for 1 week means buying more than needed. These are poor management choices that led to a less than ideal experience for our stay. I am writing this review as a successful vrbo host that does manage supplies provided based on length of stay, balancing risk of stolen toilet paper against experience for guests that don’t steal. Also the rating/review system allows for recognizing guests who are not respectful for future hosts to take into account. I did share this feedback with the management company directly with no willingness to reconsider which is why I’m posting it in my review. My family will not be returning to this beautiful home as long as the owners use this management company or the decisions they make change.
