20 minutes west of Aix-en-Provence, this property of 3.4 ha about 3 ha and its old Mas of character welcome you by an alley shaded by majestic plane trees, embellished with an old pool of 18m.
The main house of approximately 290 m² consists on the first floor of an entrance hall leading to a living room with fireplace, a TV room, a dining room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, a large office, technical rooms and a cellar. All the living rooms open onto the south façade. Upstairs, a 40 m² suite, two bedrooms with shower room, a small office and a dressing room.
Outside, a summer bedroom and gym in the form of a 40 m² tent on a slab (with 3 double beds), a tennis court (with a poplob available) and a wooded park invite you to relax (bowls, table tennis, electric grill...)
At the back of the Mas, a sublime space of about 850 m² includes a garden with trees and a large mosaic swimming pool of 15 x 7m.
A real haven of peace, out of time, a few minutes from a pleasant village (offering all amenities). Near Aix-en-Provence (20' by car) Marseille (25') The sea in Carry le Rouet (25'), Avignon (45')
TGV station and airport 15' away.
During your stay, the maintenance of the property and the swimming pool is carried out by a caretaker who resides in an outbuilding, cleaning is provided on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
