Located right in the heart of the village. 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a soaking tub in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the 2nd bathroom. This Luxury unit is equipped with every amenity you could possibly need during your vacation. Enjoy yourself after a day on the slopes around the cozy gas fireplace in the spacious living room. Air Conditioning, Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Internet. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and events/activities.
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE UNDERGROUND HEATED PARKING GARAGE SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at an additional cost.
BUILDING AMENITIES: Elevators, Sauna, Outdoor Community Hot Tub, Fitness Room, Underground Heated Parking Garage, On-Call Resort Shuttle; Bike Friendly Lodging.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

It's a beautiful condo! The decor and furnishings are fresh, tasteful and comfortable. The views were long and gorgeous of the mountains. The unit was well-appointed and lacked nothing. Each day we returned to the unit we delighted to have such a warm, welcoming space to relax, enjoy a hot chocolate, play card games and enjoy the fireplace. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The unit was very comfortable, clean and as advertised. The only frustrating part was having to drive 15 minutes to pick up the key after a long trip into snowshoe.

Great view, great location for everything in the village, washer/dryer was great for keeping everything clean and dry as well as alot less to do when we got home.
