Bed Layouts in each home: Downstairs Two Bedrooms with King Beds, Primary Bedroom upstairs with King Bed and ensuite bath, Two additional Upstairs Bedrooms with King Beds, Sleeper Sectional Futon in one bonus room and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Downstairs Living Rooms. The first floor is an open floor plan kitchen, living, dining areas with a long hallway off the areas leading to the first floor bedrooms and stairs to the upper level. There is an attached two car garage at the rear of each home as well as large driveway parking.

Guests have access to the entire two private homes and attached two car garages. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.

•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
