The area around the pool needed cleaning by the landscapers. Trash cans outside are full and have not been emptied. One of the bedrooms slats is broken and sinks while sleeping. We were still happy with our stay .

The house overall had a great layout, was well kept on a cleanliness level and the pool was also a great feature.

We had a great stay with lots of room to spread out. The house is great and the pool was amazing as well. Responsive host. Highly recommend.

This is a solid place to stay - pretty standard rental home for the Wilton Manors area. No frills, does the job. The walk to the drive is about 12-14 minutes, the fees are too high but unfortunately average for these kinds of rentals, and the list of chores is not too lengthy (but of course there are chores). Communication with Laura was excellent and appreciated. Would stay here again but likely to look for something a little more lux/higher end for our next stay.
