The apartment is located on the forth floor of a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. It is more than 200 m2 property, and offers a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The access to the apartment is through a 20 m2 entrance hall which leads to a large 50 m2 living room with 4 balconies facing De Los Madrazo street, a living area with a sofa, armchairs and 65" Smart TV, and an area with a dining table for up to 8 people.

The hall also leads to a spacious kitchen (more than 20 m2) which is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has several windows facing the central patio of the building.

The bedrooms are also facing the patio, but at the same time have a lot of light as they have south orientation.Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m).
