This property is well maintained. Everything you need is available on sight. It is located near shopping availability for whatever may be needed. The host is extremely easy to get in touch with and responds to text almost immediately.If there was a set back with the stay it was no fault of the host or VRBO. Mother Nature gave us some breezy days that dropped leaves from around the pool area into the pool which needed to be skimmed out to make the pool an enjoyable experience.Over all I would give a 5 star rating to this property and to all that assistance in the stay there.I would Highly recommend this location for your next Las Vegas stay

Beautiful home! A group of friends stayed in town when visiting the area for a wedding. The entire process went smoothly- from reserving, to checking in, to checking out. Great communication by the 2 owners. It was easy to get approved for early check in, have check in information, and check out information. Everything you could need was available at the house. The pool, pool table and foosball table, parking accessibility, as well as the immaculate kitchen were big perks as to why we chose this listing for our stay. And it is conveniently located near the Strip and other activities.

The Property was very nice the AC worked well. The kitchen had everything needed for making meals the pan's and cutlery were old but useable.
