Welcome to Quail Pack North — a luxurious retreat nestled among the majestic Ponderosa Pines. This spacious, three-level home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience. Ideally located just 40 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona, 5 minutes from the University of Arizona, and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, it’s the perfect base for your Northern Arizona adventures.
Surrounded by nature, nearly every window frames serene views of towering pine trees, and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot “Chip and Dale,” the two playful, pointy-eared squirrels who frequent the trees just outside. The neighborhood, aptly named Ponderosa Trails, is laced with scenic walking and running paths and features a park and playground for kids. Just minutes away, Lake Mary Road leads to both Lake Mary and Mormon Lake—popular spots for outdoor recreation and a favorite route for cyclists and runners alike. Come home to relax on the new spacious decks or soak in the new hot tub.

My extended family of nine just stayed in this beautiful home for eight days during a vacation to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff! Highly recommend this home. Plenty of room for everyone and a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the hot tub in a very nice backyard! We visited Walnut Canyon, the Lowell Observatory, Wupatki NM, Sunset Crater, Bearizona, Petrified Forest NP. the Grand Canyon (take the east entrance with no wait). Aliesha is a great host and very easy to contact! Great vacation!

We instantly fell in love with the home. The house truly felt like home the moment we stepped in. The house is well appointed, everything we needed we found and more, including extra towels, blankets, sheets, etc. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property. The kitchen was the best stocked of any place we’ve ever stayed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub too! Thank you for a great graduation weekend.

This house worked out perfectly for our family of 11 vacation. It was very clean and nicely stocked with kitchen amenities. It was also conveniently located to all of the places we wanted to visit. The host was very accommodating and had great communication.Just a couple of suggestions. Floor mirrors in the bedrooms, a night stand between the double beds and a knowing of where the bedding for the Murphy bed was located would have been nice. Also, the fridge in the kitchenette/murphy bed room was full of food with a note stating that it belonged to the owner. We could not use it. None of these had a real negative effect on our stay.We did really enjoy our stay there, and if ever back in the Flagstaff area, we would definitely considered this house again!
