Enjoy all that Bentonville has to offer with a stay in this quaint cottage with a separate media room! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is completely renovated with new appliances, flooring, master shower, and countertops. The cottage features 2 separate living spaces and an expansive, private, not fully fenced backyard with a covered patio and outdoor dining area. The cottage is 2 blocks away (within the neighborhood) from the Razorback greenway giving you access to biking and mountain biking trails. The garage accommodates bike storage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long visit in Bentonville and this home was a perfect location for us. It is roomy, beds are comfortable, the hosts are very attentive to guest’s needs and it is just a short walk or bike ride to the Razorback Greenway.

Property was as described, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and arrived in approximately 10 minutes to observe the lights sporadically flickering. They replaced the bulbs the next day which resolved the issue. We would stay at their home again when in the area.
