Guests enter Sea Dream through the door at the top of the stairs from the garage. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy foyer that connects you to the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, laundry room and three of the home's suites (including the lower primary suite). Take the stairs to the second floor to find a den, bunk bedroom, hallway bathroom and two of the home's suites (including the upper primary suite). Access the mid-level deck from the living room, kitchen or lower primary suite. Take the stairs from the mid-level deck down to the patio level where you will find the built-in BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, multiple seating areas, private pool and outdoor shower.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace and elevator are NOT available for guest use at any time. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.
