This home is perfect for a family of 4. Perfect view of the beautiful lake that we enjoy every trip! Can't wait to return next year!

The unit is close to the beach, comfortable, and provides all the amenities of home. The owner has plans to remove the downstairs rug. Was unable to use the outside kitchen area due to signs of mice.

Place was great! Clean, great views, beautiful patio, close proximity to the lake. Would definitely recommend!

my partner and I came to Havasu to join up with friends.
The location is awesome, the view is awesome. My only complaint is all the mouse droppings on the outside counters and table. The floors on the interior hadn't been swept and the carpets were very dirty.
