My experience was mixed. The check-in process was quite frustrating. I received a text message prior to arrival and called to verify that I would be able to check in without any issues. I arrived around 1:30 PM only to find the office was closed. After contacting customer service, I was provided instructions on where to go and how to enter the code to retrieve the key code information. Unfortunately, the code I received did not work, requiring me to contact customer service a second time. Both times, I waited more than 25 minutes before speaking with someone. While the representatives I spoke with were courteous and helpful, the lengthy wait times made for a less than ideal check-in experience.The cleanliness of the property was even more disappointing. Within minutes of arriving, the bottoms of our feet were black simply from walking on the floors (yes we remove our shoes at the door). There was a vacuum cleaner available, which we used, and we ended up using our own cleaning supplies as well. There were hairballs in the corners, crumbs on the floors, and the overall cleanliness was far below what I would consider acceptable. The sofas were stained as well.I appreciated the professionalism of the customer service team and onsite security. Due to the check-in process and lack of cleanliness, I would not return.
