Ideally located near the beaches of the Côte Bleue and the tourist sites of Provence, this cozy house is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Welcome to our beautiful home in the heart of the Côte Bleue!
Let yourself be seduced by the enchanting atmosphere of this house, which instantly transports you to a world of relaxation and well-being.
Inside, every detail has been thought out for your comfort.
The 65m2 accommodation has 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with bay window and 140cm bed
- 1 children's bedroom with 3 bunk beds (weight limited to 70kg for the upper beds).
This room has no window but a skylight and has a ventilation system.
- 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with a 160cm bed. Please note that the height of the mezzanine is 1.30m. Access is via the children's bedroom with a narrow staircase (40cm wide).
- Possibility of providing a travel cot for babies.
The kitchen benefits from the following equipment:
- Built-in refrigerator with freezer part
- Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo capsule).
- Toaster
- Kettle
- Blender
- Induction hob.
- Hood.
- Washing machine
The air conditioning is located in the living room (living room/kitchen). It is placed in such a way that it can be diffused throughout the rooms if the doors are left open (except for the mezzanine).
As far as heating is concerned, reversible air conditioning will provide you with gentle warmth in the living room, while electric radiators are available in each bedroom, as well as in the bathroom.
Shower room and separate toilet.
With its 20m2 sun terrace, this property offers an unforgettable stay experience in the heart of Provençal nature.

The parking as well as the entrance to the property are shared with another accommodation.
You will have access to a private parking space (uncovered) and can park another vehicle on the street if necessary.

Location: The house is located between the airport in marignane and Marseille. The sea in L'Estaque is very close. Supermarkets can be reached by foot in 20 minutes. The house: it has everything you need, even for longer stays (we stayed for 3 months). The documentation lists many possible destinations and everything about the interior. If your car is lowered, you may have trouble getting onto the parking area (14cm was not enough in our case). Public parking is free and there are almost always free spaces just across the street. If you have any problems, the Landlady is quick to respond and help. We did not use public transport, but Uber was always an option.We would recommend trips to Avignon and Aix, if you can find the time.
