Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The VRBO was in a great location with a beautiful view, and it worked well for a smaller space. We enjoyed being close to everything and the scenery was definitely a highlight of the stay.However, the property really needs a deeper cleaning and better turnover cleaning between guests. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, and it felt like several areas had been overlooked for quite some time. The sheets also need to be replaced — they were very rough and felt almost like sandpaper, which made sleeping uncomfortable.Another thing to be aware of is that the trash truck comes through around 4:00 AM every morning and is extremely loud, so light sleepers may have trouble.Overall, the location and view were great, but the cleanliness and comfort issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

The room was very clean, great view of the ocean and within walking distance to most things that you would want to do. I highly recommend this room and plan to return soon.

The condo was as advertised. it was a very nice place that I would consider returning to.the views of the beach and ocean are amazing as well as great beach access.
