The stairs to the lake and the small path from the car park are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The garden of the holiday home has a completely private area, which is separated by a small gate, as well as a shared area with another house. On the ground floor: Bright living room with dining room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Large outdoor area with panoramic views of the typical vegetation and the lake. The location is ideal for visiting Gargnano (historic centre, lake promenade) or Toscolano Maderno (4.9 km) with its panoramic paths. The picturesque villages on the lake can also be reached by boat (500 m). There are several options for sports enthusiasts: Canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, tennis (at 100 m ), trekking, mountain biking, horse riding. Nearby there are nature parks and water parks - fun for young and old. Art lovers can visit the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera and the new museum of Salò (MU.SA.).
