Our time in Valencia was incredibly memorable, all thanks to our wonderful host Maria. She was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to provide ideas, restaurants, cafes, sites, etc in order to ensure that we made the most out of our trip. The flat was beautiful with plenty of space and privacy for two couples with comfort. We’ve already recommended the flat to our friends who will be in Valencia in a few short months. Beautifully appointed apartment a block from the cathedral surrounded by great restaurants, historical buildings, and the central market. Maria is an amazing hist. She is beyond words. Great insight into what to do, history, restaurants etc. we will definitely work with Maria when we return.

The spacious, white marbled flat with its contemporary design and accents to all things Valencia (the bedding had traditional colors of Valencia) was warm, inviting and exuded sophistication. The rich history of the building and the presence and blessings of the nuns in the building created a peaceful and beautiful space to rest every night. A friend and I had traveled to Valencia to celebrate a milestone anniversary of my study abroad program (UVA in Valencia) and I cannot even begin to tell you how magical and memorable our lovely host Maria made the entire experience. Before we arrived she shared helpful information about our stay, when we arrived she met us personally and made us feel as though her home was our home. She mapped out the major sites of the city ( and even took the time to walk us to the Plaza redonda and the Mercat Central). She also introduced us to Horno y Pasteleria Alfonso Martinez and treated us to some almond biscotti ( you have to go). She made suggestions about nightly walks. I have never experienced the level of hospitality, kindness and generosity that we experienced with Maria. She is one of a kind and I am pretty certain she is an angel. We loved our time there and I am so looking forward to returning and bringing my children. Unparalleled space coupled with unparalleled hospitality made my visit to Valencia exceptional in every way! I am blessed to have met Maria and I thank her for sharing her beautiful home with others!

Maria was highly communicative before and during our stay, providing ample recommendations answering any questions we had. The location of the property can’t be beat, very centralized to the old city center, main attractions, the central market and plenty of bars and restaurants. The property itself was spacious and beautiful. Recommend staying here if you visit beautiful Valencia.

This beautiful apartment is spacious and modern on the inside but has the Spanish charm architecturally on the outside. The location can not be beat. You are literally in the heart of Valencia. We loved waking up every morning and having cappuccinos at the cafe right down stairs and then exploring the historic streets and alley ways as we shopped and ate tapas. Maria, our host, was wonderful. She made us feel welcome and is an excellent resource regarding what to do and where to eat. We loved Valencia and we loved our stay in Maria’s lovely apartment. Look no further. This is the place to stay in Valencia!
