The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus an additional poolside bedroom with its own private bath. All rooms include A/C, and the home is equipped with central air conditioning for added comfort. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, fast WiFi (300/300), laundry room, and private parking.

Great property and great location. Communication was on point and property management even helped set up tours. Several restaurants and activities within walking distance. Kids loved having the pool to come home to after all the excursions. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Very secure. Loved being able to walk downtown to restaurants. Very central location easy to get to all areas around La Fortuna. Pool was refreshing. Shower was a little small for our liking but we made it work.

This property was perfect for our family. It was within walking distance to anything you needed in La Fortuna. The extra bedroom was perfect for our older daughter. The pool was beautiful and perfect for our younger daughter. Added bonus was the sloth in the tree above the property. It was the cherry on top! They also had great communication the entire time we stayed there and answered all questions I had in a timely manner!

We were allowed to get in 30 minutes early, Carlos was attentive for the most part. The unit is very run down, the lights and fan were fixed once we asked why we had no outdoor lights, the cupboards and and counters very run down, the oven and washer is in need of repair. The rooms were extremely small, and dated, good for a single person and the bathroom dated, one of the toilet leaked The location was good, walking distance to everything, the pool was nice, for cooling off. We ended up leaving 3 days early, as the weather was terrible and the unit was not one that you would miss.
