This unit is located on Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located on Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances.

Guest Access:

You will have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage attached to The Dickson building. The parking garage entry height is 7'3. A fob will be provided to access the building. A key will be provided to access the condo. Additional parking for the unit can be found on lower levels of the parking garage at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using parking garage meters found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to get a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guests are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
