This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Designed with the budget traveler in mind, we feature special things like Surf Board and beach towel rentals and have an onsite administrator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need.

We loved the location right off the ocean. You can tell it is recently built. So with these things for the price it is excellent.
Cons: It is a pretty small space and the mattress was broken and uncomfortable.
Even with the cons we will likely stay there again if we return to Costa Rica. 😀
