This Lake Chelan vacation rental is located in an upper building at lovely Park Pointe Condominiums which offers access to an outdoor pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. The condo was great, but the communication from the real estate company that owns it was terrible. We called several times over the course of the weekend, left several voice mails, and emailed once to inquire about the code to the pool (the one provide d in the check in material didn't work) and the possibility of a late check out. No response at all. Do better!
