The maisonette is located at the entrance of the Château d'Oléron and 5 minutes by car from the forests and fine sandy beaches (Vertbois, the Grand-Village-Plage, Saint Trojan les Bains).

But also 5 minutes by car from the city center, the market, supermarkets and an ILEO water park.

And for a few 5 to 10 minutes more: Dolus, Boyarville and La Cotinière (Fishing port).

This accommodation consists of:
- a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, a living room and a sleeping area (240 bed and 90 bed: provide sheets and duvet covers 220*240 and 90*190) and dish towels.
It is possible on request to have a children's bed (-3 years old) with thick mattress and a high chair.

- a separate and closed bathroom - toilet (bring towels)

- a small garden, a courtyard, parking for the vehicle: all secured by an automatic gate (barbecue and garden furniture available)

- a space to store bicycles, surfboards, etc.

The maisonette is located in the property of your hosts, but it is completely independent.

Your host makes sure to rent you the accommodation clean, so it is advisable to leave it the same before your departure, even for a short stay. Cleaning products are at your disposal.
