Wow! This place exceeded all of our expectations! It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. You can tell that every detail has been thoughtfully planned to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The perfect location as well. We loved all of the little extras, from the fully stocked coffee bar and fun s'mores station to the extra supplies throughout the cabin. Traveling with our dog was easy because they even provided a leash and poop bags—a thoughtful touch that really stood out!Our kids had an amazing time too. They loved playing on the sand hill out front, and the selection of books and coloring supplies in the living room kept them entertained during our downtime. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and made everything about our stay seamless and stress-free.If you're looking for a place where every little detail has been considered, this is it. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. We can't wait to come back!

Honestly, this was one of the top rentals I've ever had. The house itself was very nice, in a good location and provided plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids and a 60lb dog. Cleanliness, probably my top concern for any rental, was excellent. It was easy to see the owners spent a lot of time thinking about the comfort of their guests. From a well stocked "oh s*t" shelf in case you forgot items, to a fully stocked kitchen, smores kit, coffee ready to brew, comfy beds, nice towels, beach bag for guests usage, kid books and crayons (overall kid-friendly), central air, etc., etc. I was impressed. I had minimal communications with the owners (which is a good sign), but the owner was responsive. Would certainly return.

This is our second year staying at Sweet Retreat and we absolutely love it! It is the cutest, coziest place. Very pet friendly! They think of everything from extra toiletries you may have forgotten to an extra leash and poop bags! We will definitely continue to stay here!

This was my 3rd time here in 2025. Each time was equally as amazing. Best host ever!
