E**Sky's The Limit**

Experience breathtaking long-range mountain views and scenic vistas of the Sky Valley golf course from not one, but three inviting covered porches. Picture yourself unwinding in comfortable swings or rocking chairs, surrounded by the soothing sounds of the wind rustling through the trees. Watch as vibrant hummingbirds flit about, drawn to the nectar of nearby feeders and flowers. This cozy retreat is perfect for an intimate getaway for two, yet spacious enough to accommodate up to 14 guests—ideal for unforgettable family reunions. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty with a scenic 2.2-mile hike to Rabun Bald, Georgia's second-highest peak, right from your doorstep. With 70% of Rabun County designated as National Forest Land, adventure and tranquility abound.

Each of the three covered porches offers its own mesmerizing scenes. Remember, it’s not about how many breaths you take, but how many moments truly take your breath away! Step inside to the top floor, where the living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen are centered around a grand great room featuring a large wood-burning fireplace. This space opens up to a generous covered porch complete with a gas barbecue grill, plenty of swings, and rocking chairs. Enjoy entertainment options with a TV, DVD player, surround sound, and stereo. The spacious master suite even offers direct access to a private balcony, along with a convenient half bath and laundry room on this floor.

The middle level, affectionately known as the "guest floor," boasts three beautifully decorated bedrooms: one king suite with access to a covered porch, another king room, and a charming room with two twin beds. A large family room, complete with a stone gas fireplace, TV, DVD player, and stereo, invites relaxation. A second guest kitchen features an additional coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, plus an extra round dining table perfect for puzzles and card games. Here, you’ll also find another covered porch, ideal for sipping morning coffee while enjoying the serene surroundings.

The bottom floor is a fantastic entertainment hub featuring a game room and a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king and queen bed. Challenge friends to a game on the professional air hockey table, pool table, or ping pong, or aim for the bullseye with dartboards. With a large bar table that comfortably seats 8 to 10, all this opens up to yet another covered porch showcasing spectacular valley views. Plus, indulge in the pool, fitness room, sauna, and hot tub, all just a mile from the clubhouse.

*Please note that while the exterior community pool and hot tub at Sky Valley Golf Club are closed during the winter months, the interior hot tub remains open year-round for your enjoyment.*
