Disclaimer: The Phoenix II Tennis / Pickleball and Multi-Sport Court Renovation Project will begin on 4/20/26. During construction, the Tennis-Sport Court at Phoenix III is available for use.
Phoenix 2 Unit #2072 (7th floor)...Your family will LOVE this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Phoenix 2. It is located on the 7th floor, with beautiful beach views from the balcony our Gulf Coast is known for! This is a perfect spot for making family memories!
Everyone will enjoy the HUGE 70" TV in the living room for sure!!! And, you can enjoy the TV while relaxing in the new living room furniture! Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it! The dining room seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at the "bar" counter!
The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom so that you get a spectacular view! (NOTE: the master bedroom doesn't have a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, but it does have a floor-to-ceiling window!) The guest bedroom has a full top and full bottom bunk bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.
This condo sleeps up to 7 people by using the sofa sleeper as well! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

* Parking passes are not included with the reservation. The parking passes are approximately $60 for your entire stay if you purchase ahead of time ($70 if purchased on your day of arrival).
You are allowed to purchase two parking passes for two vehicles.

Overall a great vacation. Our main concern was that the fold out sofa bed mattress is worn out and angles down at the head. So it’s really only good for a small child that doesn’t need the full length. We had two teenage boys that opted to just sleep on the couch instead. We also couldn’t find linens for the fold out bed. We were only there two nights so it wasn’t worth the hassle of calling to figure it out.

Perfect beachside view from the balcony, clean room, 2 min walk to the beach. Pool, hot tub, and able to use any amenities from Phoenix I - IV!
