This Bartlett vacation home features soothing mountain views from all room and its expansive deck. Hand-crafted Vermont Woods maple dining set, granite counter tops, Samsung appliances, oversized Azek Vintage deck with picturesque mountain views and a charming front covered porch are only some of the wonderful amenities of this home. With 2,500 sq. ft., two beautiful living rooms, four large bedrooms (two w/king, two w/queen, plus two more single beds) and four bathrooms, it’s a perfect floorplan for a family getaway. There's a private neighborhood white-sand beach on the Saco River. StoryLand and Attitash are both a five minute drive. There are many fantastic restaurants just moments away. The cozy fireplace and spectacular views will be waiting for you when you get back. Five of New Hampshire’s best ski areas are so close you’ll want to ski them all: Attitash is just over two miles up the street, Cranmore and Black Mt are only 12 minutes away, Bretton Woods 28 minutes, and the local favorite, Wildcat, is a short 20 minute drive.

My family had a wonderful, relaxing, fantastic vacation at this beautiful mountain home! It is the perfect place for a family to stay and just enjoy being together. Beautiful, perfect conditions, plenty of bedrooms and baths, great open floor plan, warm and cozy fireplace, awesome views from large windows overlooking the white mountains. We had the best time!

We had an awesome time at this house. It suited our needs perfectly as it has three levels, one for each family. We loved the location, close to Story Land and Santa’s Village. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby; we also went to a brewery and a distillery. The neighborhood beach area was a big hit with the little ones and the grandparents as well. The house had everything you’d need, and it was a clean and comfortable space. The hosts were terrific. We will be back!!

Very spacious, plenty of room for all 10 of us without feeling crowded. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful sunrises from the porch and living areas. Our week's weather was really hot- found two air conditioners wasn't enough to keep whole house cooled. Plenty of fans to keep air circulating though. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

The home was clean and exactly as pictured, with beautiful views. It was very comfortable for our whole family—grandparents, a teen, and young kids. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!
