Camischolas is a neighborhood of Tujetsch, part of the municipality of Sedrun. Casa Molina is a multi-family residence with 7 units, built in 2024 at an elevation of 1,426 meters above sea level in a sunny and quiet location. It is 500 meters from the Sedrun train station and the Andermatt Sedrun Disentis Ski Arena. Behind the train station are the ski school and the ski lifts, with access to the Salins Cuolm da Vi mountain railway, which takes you to the Disentis ski area. All lift stations are also connected to the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway. In 8 minutes, you’re in the Dieni Andermatt ski area.
The vacation rental is a modern and cozy ground-floor apartment in the new Casa Molina apartment building. It’s in a quiet and sunny location with mountain views, yet still centrally located. Just a few minutes’ walk to shopping and dining options. A doctor’s office and pharmacy are nearby. A golf course, swimming lake, indoor pool, children’s playgrounds, and tennis courts are all within easy reach.
The apartment features a soapstone stove, a garden seating area, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and free access to the indoor golf and game facility. A shared barbecue area is available in the garden. Surrounded by nature, centrally located, and with plenty of space for an eventful vacation even in bad weather.

Winter
Ski Arena Andermatt Sedrun Disentis ski resort, ranging from 1,400 meters above sea level to nearly 3,000 meters (Gemsstock), with over 1,600 meters of vertical drop and more than 180 km of ski runs served by 32 lifts. Sledding run, winter hiking trails, ice rink, cross-country ski trails, snow park, half-pipe, ski school (alpine and cross-country), snowboard school, children’s ski school for ages 2 and up, curling, night skiing, and so much more.

In our ski resort, you’ll find a wide selection of family-friendly restaurants, and for the little ones, we have three unique kids’ areas: Matti in Andermatt, Valtgeva in Sedrun, and Sax in Disentis. In addition, our ski schools offer a variety of courses for all ages.
How to Get There
By car, it’s a 150-minute drive from Zurich via Chur, or 90 minutes in summer via the Oberalp Pass.
20 minutes by car from Andermatt.
Take the A13 highway exit at Reichenau toward Flims, Ilanz, and Disentis. From there, look for the white stones every 500 meters with kilometer markers pointing toward Oberalp. Via Strem is located at the 62.5 km mark. At the 63 km mark, turn onto Via della Staziun; Casa Molina is clearly visible after the bridge.
