Lanai Lookout - A302 at North Coast Village

Lanai Lookout features amazing ocean views from the primary bedroom and adjoining balcony. The corner location of this gorgeous condo allows views from 3 sides! The kitchen has been updated with beautiful slab granite counter tops, and is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The living room is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sectional and 2 chairs. The view from the living room balcony is of the landscaped gardens of the "A" Building.

The primary penthouse retreat of Lanai Lookout occupies the entire upstairs and offers simply exquisite ocean views. There is a pillow-top bed for a super comfy sleep. The 2 spacious balconies offer plenty of space for lounging, sea-gazing, and dining. This is the ultimate space for relaxation and inspiration!

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. Note that this condo does not have a sofa bed in the living area; however, it does still sleep 6 because of this bedroom configuration. This is a good choice for those who prefer not using the living area for sleeping.

Make My Vacation provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the "A" Building has just been re-done and it is gorgeous! There's one reserved parking space in the underground private garage. The maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property. There is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.
