The kitchen and living areas are located on the second floor, featuring new furnishings, updated appliances, new cabinets, California closets, and hardwood flooring throughout. The private garage can accommodate one SUV and includes a washer and dryer. Our home benefits from southern sun exposure, providing natural light throughout the living space. There are three balconies: one overlooking the neighborhood, and two offering stunning ocean views.
