Guests of this unit have seasonal access to the **outdoor pool and hot tub at the main lodge**. Please contact us before your stay to confirm whether these facilities are open.

**Your reservation does not include access to:**

- The fitness center
- The separate indoor/outdoor pool facilities and waterslides
- The Nelson Farm pool and facilities

Please keep these access restrictions in mind when planning your stay.

The friendly lodge front desk team handles check-in, with luggage assistance and valet parking available.

During your stay, enjoy the lodge’s concierge service, on-site restaurants and bar, coffee shop, and full-service spa. Spa treatments and other paid services are separate from your accommodation.

This studio is privately owned and managed. For supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, or anything related to the unit, **please contact us directly by text or phone**. The lodge front desk does not manage these requests for our accommodation.
