The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing east, is located on the 3rd floor of the historic Krusespeicher building. Wismar’s Old Harbor, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is right at your doorstep. This is the perfect base from which to explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbor is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals—and it’s also the original filming location for *SOKO Wismar*, the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbor Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Here, you can hike along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through you.

The Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 4 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an immersion blender. The combined living and dining area features a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and board games. Both bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV (42 inches) as well as a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) or a box-spring single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches.
Pets are welcome in this apartment. A crib can be set up in the bedroom for a fee.

In addition, a bread roll service is available for a fee—simply order at the front desk and pick it up the next morning in the Krusespeicher’s Living Room. There you’ll also find vending machines for specialty coffees, breakfast items, and snacks.
