WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Loved the place. Absolutely stunning view. Am bummed they started allowing animals. We always look for homes that don’t allow them because all the places we’ve been that do allow them the furniture n stuff is so nasty where they’ve allowed pets for a prolonged period that you don’t feel comfortable nor can you relax. As of now the hanner isn’t like that where they only recently started allowing them. Just super bummed they started allowing them. Excellent cleaning service as well.

What a lovely surprise. We traveled here for a wedding for friends. Now we will come back to vacation! This house is perfect. Better than expected. Beautiful beach, easy access lots of friendly restaurants and shops nearby. Super easy to book, access check out! Thank you. We will be back…

The property was great, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. We had to make a change to our reservation after booking, which took a bit of back and forth, but it was ultimately resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the location!

Great beach front location. Four bedrooms that share 2 bathrooms. No master bath/bedroom. Great small kitchen (well appointed), amazing beach colors and decor. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to Atlantic Beach shopping and restaurants.
