Spacious and bright penthouse (90m2) with a large terrace (40m2) that has sun all day and beautiful sunsets.
It´s locaded in the beautiful green area of Ladera Del Mar 1. It has a capacity of 6 people and it´s on one level. It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms but only ONE has a shower. Livingroom and kitchen are open plan with sea views.
The livingroom has a new sofabed for two persons 140 cm. AC in both bedrooms and the livingroom.
The terrace has a dining table with six chairs and two sunbeds. There is also a grill.
The location is a few minutes drive from Nerja centre if you go by car. Free parking is available outside the house.
It´s about 2,7 km to Nerja centre and you can walk the most part along the beach. There is also a busstation nearby.
The chared pool is very nice with a large lawn sunbeds, umbrellas, toilet and a shower. Perfect for children.
There is some stairs to the apartment and the pool
With just a few minutes walking there are several beaches. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby.
Free WIFI and TV with a wide selections of foreign channels are availabe.
Final cleaning, electricity, sheets and towels are included. Not the beachtowels.

The property was clean spacious and comfortable however the bed linen and towel provision was poor. All very old and tired looking . Only one pillow each and top sheet was two folded over duvet covers . Towels are too small and need replacing . Lovely terrace area but the host needs to get rid of the unused and rusty and broken beach chairs and parasols piled up in the corner . Unsightly and a trip hazard. The photos in the listing showed sunbeds with cushions but there were none . Yvonne was helpful and friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived . The views are excellent and we were able to park right by the property every day

Beautiful apartment, clean, well equipped. Some tourist information would be good to read on arrival. Yvonne was excellent at communication. Our only gripe was 2 sun loungers when the apartment is for 4 plus, we ended up buying a lilo to use. But overall 10/10 and we would definitely return. Nerja is a wonderful place.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.The check in was horrible. We had agreed to meet at the apartment at 6pm. Google maps gave us directions to the street above and behind the apartment, stating we had "arrived". I tried to call Thomas, but the call didn't go through. After about an hour of trying to figure it out, asking a man for help, walking the street Google maps claimed was accurate, I tried calling Thomas again and the call did go through. I was surprised and shocked by his response - not offering to help us (" I don't know where you are"). Yelling at me for not calling, ignoring my repeated statements that I tried to call. Thomas also stated that the person meeting us had left and he had no way to let us into the house. A car with 3 women stopped to help They showed us where the house was. We found the house, and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very friendly woman. She told us she understood that we were lost and not to worry about being late. And, she showed us a key box outside the door with the house key!So, instead of helping us. Thomas yelled at me and lied to me. I expect much better treatment and service from someone I am renting from, especially considering we are not from Spain and traveling in a country for the first time.
