Whether you are looking for a less-crowded, family-friendly beach vacation, a change of scenery as you "work from home,” or a safe retreat with amenities like a 24 hour guard gated neighborhood entry, Arnold Palmer golf course, resort style pools, tennis, pickle ball, work out facilities, & on-site restaurants - we've got you covered!
Our home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. There is a custom bunk room for the kids (or kids at heart) to enjoy! This townhome is nicely furnished and can sleep up to 7 comfortably.
Just a short walk away from the powdery white sand beaches, Seascape is THE CLOSEST townhouse to all the private beach club amenities Lost Key has to offer. With its close proximity to the beach, you can simply pack up the provided beach cart & head straight to the beach club or even call the beach shuttle (operating seasonally) to come pick you up outside your front door.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free); then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free); then cap off the day at Tropical Falls theme park (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay! The condo was clean, excellent location, well equipped. Nice proximity to beach. We loved it!

This was our second time staying in Perdido Key and in this neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice and the pool/gym are nice additions. The shuttle was useful because the entrance is a bit of a walk to the beach, not terrible but if you are taking chairs, beach items or coolers it can be a little challenging so the shuttle helps a lot. The home is nice and had plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 4 children 14-11). The rooms are all upstairs which was fine but the sound travels a lot and at night we could hear everything in the primary bedroom from the kids rooms/2nd bathroom. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to maybe have a bedroom away from kids rooms. The kitchen was nice and has the cooking appliances needed. There aren’t many spices or things like that so had to purchase most of that to cook at the home. There are a couple bikes that were nice and made going to the beach and pool easy for a couple people. There were beach chairs available that helped a lot. You can rent chairs at the beach for about $45/day or maybe a less if you do multiple days but having the chairs at the home allowed us to spend money on other activities. The location is great and not a ton of traffic so we were able to get a good spot on the beach and get to orange beach or gulf shores pretty easily. You are about 15 minutes to the Walmart parking lot where we watched the blue angels practice (the parking lot was recommended by another family we met). There are a couple state parks close by if you wanted a even more private beach experience but charge to enter per vehicle (minimal fee). Not a ton of restaurants within walking distance but not far of a drive to get to more options. The patio is screened and covered which was nice to sit out on in the evenings and early morning coffee. The only thing we really were missing was a decent vacuum or broom to sweep up sand and just general clean up. There are 2 in the unit but 1 didn’t work and the other was kinda cheap and didn’t do the greatest vacuuming the tile or laminate floors. There is only the fridge ice maker which worked for us but if you plan on taking coolers to the pool or beach you will most likely want to grab ice. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we will come back to this area again but there were just some items that would have been nice to have.

Pros: Place was clean and well organized. Had lots of family activities on the rainy days. Beds are very comfortable in most rooms. The porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the afternoons and while it was raining. Onsite gym is nice with good equipment. Pools are nice with lots of space to sit around.
Cons: The beach is a pretty good hike to get there to and from. About 10 minutes or longer depends on what you are taking with you. There is no golf cart or vehicle parking on the beach side of the street. Be careful if you get a golf cart the police make sure no carts go across the street. We did see several carts getting pulled over. The larger pool is at the back of the development and the parking is fairly small. We found it best to walk or ride the bikes. If you have issues doing stairs this place will be tuff for you. There is a list of rules that are pretty strict for this rental. We did find it a little nerve recking being there was so many. We are use to staying at VRBO and always abide by the rules but this one seemed a little much. Most things if you didn't do or lost something it was a $50-$100 charge. May be a scare tactic but it seems to work!
Overall was not a bad stay but will look at something different for our next beach vacation.
