Located within minutes to Stony Brook University, Stony Brook Hospital, Ronkonkoma LIRR, Smith Haven Mall, Beaches, Shake Shack, Chipotle, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, & all amenities!
Huge Deck with a sliding door from the family room... the deck is equipped with a patio table & 6 chairs as well as a gas BBQ/Smoker.
Propane is not included in the stay.

Main Level features:
Living Room with a 55" Smart LG TV, an additional family room great for entertaining with a 70" Crystal Clear Samsung TV that also connects to a Samsung party speaker perfect for movie nights/sports nights/karaoke.
In addition, there is a fully equiped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a keuring coffee maker, regular coffee maker, & blender!
2 Bedrooms are on the main level ...
1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds
2nd Level features:
2 bedrooms & a full bath with a stand up shower
1st bedroom is a queen bed as well as 2 twin beds, 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds & a futon
-Linens are included
-House is excellent for engagement parties, graduation parties, baby showers, & holiday parties! Please inquire before reserving.
- There are 3 security cameras on premises solely for when the house is vacant (1 on deck, 1 by front door, & 1 facing the driveway)
-Air conditioning units are installed June 15-October 15

The reason I gave it a four is because to get to the front door you have to go through the grass and the front steps do not have a railing, and I have a bad knee. So I needed help with that. The property was very clean, old with dings and dangs of an older house perfectly located for us. We were there for a 90th birthday party and to see people we haven't seen in a long time. It was centrally located, it was near a lot of restaurants and places, that wanted to go to. We would stay there again if we needed that area again.

We had a large group here for a large work event in town. The space was clean and had everything we needed to be able to focus on work. Thank you for providing a safe clean place for our work group to stay. Despite some misunderstandings I want to leave a good review because I know they mean well. God bless your business.

Plenty of room, comfortable, great outdoor space, conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, great communication from owner.

It was ok, it did the job. There weren’t enough hand towels and the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. But it was a spacious house that comfortably accommodated 9 people.
