Welcome to your mountain get away. This charming condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering the best of Granby Ranch year-round! Our lovely home is in an ideal location, walking distance to ski lift and main lodge at Granby! Perfect for families, sleeps up to six.

There is a free access to the Inn at Silver Creek with the passes located in the property. This facility has outdoor heated pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 2 indoor hot tubs, gym, arcade, racquetball / tennis courts and it is located 2.4 miles away from the property.
Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.
Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Vrbo platform.
Please note:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected 2 days prior to check-out. The deposit will be held during your stay and, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other charges resulting from your stay, it will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out.
Age Requirement: 25
The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.
In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.
Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.

The place was great for our family of 4 hitting the slopes at Granby Ranch. It was a perfect location to the Rocking Horse ski lift (Blue trail that takes you to the Base Camp). The condo was setup nice and beds were very comfy. We had some "Big Foot" neighbors above us and wish there was a locker or storage area for our ski gear. Other than that, everything else was great. Communication with the host was friendly and very responsive. We had an awesome time! had an excellent stay.

Garden level condo. Nice views. No wifi passwords available, so hopefully they update their systems after we finally were able to figure it out. Property management did help us get, just took a bit. Beds were pretty comfortable, nicely decorated. Pool, hot tubs, and gym are 2.5 miles away and 1 of 4 hot tubs was open. Overall decent stay.
