Condo was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed being right by the river and within walking distance of restaurants. Rec center was a good addition too, although it doesn't have an arcade like listing stated, just a pool table.

The host was friendly and quick to respond, the amenities were very nice, located very close to winter park resort with transportation to and from if desired, beautiful scenery and trail behind property with a porch to view, and equipped with plenty of cookware and coffee pot. Overall it made our stay great!

Overall fine, heat was inconsistent, sometimes inadequate parking, well stocked kitchen (pots and pans), TV was in an awkward location.
